Reflection


In what ways can I improve my exam essay writing skills?

- Having a plan before I start the essay.
- Having a large amount of research.
- Having a clear idea on what to write.
- Have a look at past examples of essays that have been written.
- Go over the marking criterea.
- Analyse past exam papers and know exactly what to write to get good grades. (Break it into a 'To Do'   List)

    This is a good plan! I don't know what your essay was like, but I would recommend writing up practice essays :)

    Look back at your research and make a note of things that will be relevant and that use could use to compare your portfolios.

    Good plan!
    Planning before you start the essay is a good idea to keep on track of what you're writing! When looking at your AS blog try to think about your improvements between AS and A2 :)

    i think you should do some practice essays outside class time (despite the fact we have millions of other pieces of work to do, but it'll help) :)
